1. Shipping Coverage

blulobstersolutions ships products across India using trusted courier partners. We strive to deliver your orders safely and on time to the consignment address provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Partners

We use reputed courier services, including but not limited to:

Blue Dart

DCS (Own Transport Services)

3. Shipping Timelines

Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days

Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (available in select locations at an additional charge)

Remote Area Delivery: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, natural disasters, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Free for orders above Rs 1500 (varies by location & product)

Express Shipping: Additional charges apply worth Rs 550 per order with less than 10Kg weight

B2B Orders: Bulk orders may have customized shipping rates, which will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID on your registered email or account.

6. Address & Contact Details

Ensure the shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delays.

Orders cannot be redirected to another address once shipped.

7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

Our courier partners will attempt 3 delivery attempts before returning the package.

If the order is undelivered due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment, report it within 48 hours of delivery.

Share images of the package and product with our customer support team for resolution.

9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates.

10. OTP-Based Delivery Acceptance

To enhance security and ensure that the package is received by the right person, blulobstersolutions follows an OTP-based acceptance system:

Before delivery, you will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS/Email.

The delivery agent will request this OTP upon arrival.

The order will only be handed over upon successful OTP verification.

Important: If you do not receive the OTP, contact customer support immediately. If someone else is receiving the package on your behalf, ensure they have access to the OTP.
