Order Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:

Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped. To cancel, visit "My Orders" in your account or contact our customer support.

If payment was made online, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

After Shipment:

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, customers can refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product.

For B2B Orders:

Cancellations for bulk or wholesale orders are subject to approval and may attract a processing fee equal to the Courier Cost incurred for delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Wrong product delivered

Damaged/defective product

Product significantly different from the description

The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery (varies by category; check product details).

Non-Returnable Products:

Certain products, including software, digital goods, perishable items, and hygiene products, are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process:

Request a return via "My Orders" or contact customer support.

Our team will verify the issue and arrange a pickup or guide you on return shipping.

The refund will be processed upon successful return verification.

Refund Timeline:

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be initiated via bank transfer or store credits within 7-10 working days.

Exchange Policy

Exchange is available for certain products, subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be provided.
